Sites
The competition concept is now being made a reality, with new homes completed on six of the winning sites.
The sites that English Partnerships chose for the competition benefited from advanced planning and design specifications. The competition winners that have been appointed as development partners are expected to abide by local planning requirements, follow design codes and briefs, and provide the usual supporting on-site infrastructure.
